Yes! all cups are double-walled, vacuum insulated stainless steel, good for keeping hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. food bowls, food scoops, and crate pails are single wall stainless steel and do not have insulating properties.
Handwash only - do not put in the dishwasher
Do not soak
Do not use abrasives
Avoid high heat
Avoid freezing
Do not microwave
Handle with care - do not drop
Do not allow pets to chew on their bowls and pails
these items are handmade and should be treated as such. although durable, they have the potential to break or ruin when care instructions are not followed. once the item is in the buyer’s possession, each order is customizable. if there is something you have in mind, but don’t see in the design gallery, please contact me so that I can bring your ideas to life!
